Analysis of Two Common Faults of Ride-on Scrubber

Today, ride-on scrubbers are used more and more widely. In the process of using a ride-on scrubber, there will always be such small faults and even serious abnormal operations over time. According to the failure analysis, washing machine manufacturers can usually summarize two reasons: one is natural factors, and the other is human factors. Natural factors: such as wear, corrosion, vibration, aging, contamination and fatigue damage.

Due to the frequent action of such factors, the working surface of the washing machine parts will change, the matching gap will increase, the seal will fail, the connection will be loose, the adjustment will be abnormal, and the pipeline will be blocked. If it is not maintained in time, failure will occur. The failures caused by this kind of reasons are gradually formed and appear in the long-term use, are not easy to be noticed immediately, have the characteristics of slow performance, and belong to the gradual failures.

Generally, through correct and scientific use and regular maintenance, such failures will be reduced to a minimum. Human factors: such as design flaws, incorrect assembly, incorrect use and operation, unscheduled maintenance, insufficient supply of consumable materials and rapid changes in working conditions. The faults caused by this kind of reasons are often formed in a short period of time and have the characteristics of sudden performance, which are sudden faults. Such factors will not only strengthen the role of natural factors, but also may cause damage to the parts of the washing machine and loss of working ability.

It usually occurs after maintenance and adjustment or when it is restarted after parking, such as the engine cannot be started, the washing machine cannot work, and so on. With proper installation, use, and maintenance of the scrubber, such failures are completely avoidable.
